Summary: A freelance volunteer project which helped improve the Waltham Public Library's website. The project began in June and lasted until late August 2021. We were a five-person team including our team leader and POC.

My role: I conducted two exploratory interviews and three card sort activities. I also designed the card sort and graphics
Our team had great opportunities to develop new techniques and acquire new knowledge, as well as improving our teamwork and other soft skills.
